he Philippines’ transition to clean energy has accelerated significantly since the launch of the Philippine Energy Plan 2020-2040, with a stronger push in 2022 under President Bongbong Marcos’ administration. As the nation embarks on an ambitious renewable energy transformation, HandPhil Enertex stands at the forefront, committed to shaping a cleaner, more sustainable energy landscape.
Guided by this vision, our President & CEO, Mr. William Teoh, assembled a team of forward-thinking entrepreneurs and renewable energy experts with a shared mission—to revolutionize the Philippines’ energy environment through innovative, sustainable solutions.
Our journey began on a small island in Central Philippines, where we established our first solar power field, supplying affordable, clean electricity to local power cooperatives and surrounding communities. This initiative improved energy accessibility while reducing dependence on traditional fossil fuels.
Expanding Our Reach: Building a Nationwide Renewable Energy Network Building on this success, HandPhil Enertex expanded partnerships with local electric cooperatives in key regions, including Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, Leyte, Tarlac, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and BARMM (Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao). By working closely with these cooperatives, we develop tailored renewable energy solutions, ensuring a reliable, cost-effective power supply that supports both local economies and national energy security.
To further accelerate the country’s clean energy transition, we also collaborate with industrial parks and special economic zones, providing customized renewable energy solutions to large-scale enterprises, as well as public and private infrastructure. Our projects empower businesses to lower operational costs, improve sustainability, and enhance energy efficiency while reinforcing the country’s clean energy infrastructure.
Furthermore, we integrate renewable energy into hospitals, shopping malls, municipal buildings, hotels, and educational institutions, ensuring that critical infrastructure benefits from sustainable and stable energy sources. As HandPhil Enertex continues to expand its impact, our next strategic milestone is to meet the standards for public listing and, at the appropriate time, pursue an initial public offering (IPO).
